What is GAMES?

GAMES is a student-led, pre-professional organization for members of Greek life at Michigan State University pursuing careers in advertising, marketing, communication, entrepreneurship, and sales.

We give students hands-on experience through two core tracks: the Social Media Marketing Team, which focuses on content creation, branding, and platform strategy; and the Business Development Team, which leads outreach, partnerships, recruiting, and event planning.

Together, these teams help members gain experience, build their portfolios, grow their networks, and explore future careers in a creative and collaborative environment. At the same time, we are building a strong community on campus where students can learn, lead, and enjoy the process.

Our Missions:

Build a creative community where students collaborate through content, strategy, and real-world projects that go beyond the classroom.

Give students hands-on experience in marketing, media, branding, and business through real teams, impactful events, and content that means something.

Use the power of the Greek network to create opportunities, strengthen connections, and build something bigger together.

Build a real sense of community where students feel supported, meet new people, and do meaningful work together while growing on and off campus.

Founding Story:

In March of 2024, current president, Dominic Leto found himself wanting more out of his college experience. He decided the best way to do this would be to join a club. After looking at the few advertising clubs Michigan State had to offer and not resonating with any, he decided to create his own. He asked his friends and fraternity brothers to join him as co-founders and be part of the GAMES leadership team. From there, GAMES was born.

"The main goal of GAMES is to give students in Greek life a place to meet each other outside of typical Greek life events and create a stronger sense of community."
